The customer agrees to pay for ordered products together with shipping costs according to one of the following payment methods:

All prices in our webshop are expressed in EUR. VAT is not charged on the stated prices as the seller, Lunette, is not registered for VAT.

Bank Transfer

If you choose bank transfer, you will receive all the necessary payment details to our bank account by email after completing your order. Your order will be confirmed and processed as soon as we receive payment.

Important information:

  • Please include your order number (provided in your order confirmation email) as the payment reference so we can match your payment as quickly as possible.
  • Standard bank transfer time is 1–2 business days, depending on the bank and type of transaction.
  • If payment is not received within three days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Card Payment via Stripe

For the fastest and most secure payment experience, we offer card payment via Stripe. Stripe enables simple payment by debit or credit card, with maximum security for your data.

Order Confirmation and Purchase Contract

After successful payment (whether by bank transfer or card), you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be confirmed and forwarded for further processing and preparation for dispatch.

The purchase contract between the buyer and seller is deemed concluded at the moment payment is received.
