General Terms and Conditions — Lunette Webshop

Effective date: 1 July 2025.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the buyer and the seller, Lunette, obrt za proizvodnju, vl. Matea Grubišić, in connection with the ordering, pricing, payment methods, complaint rights, right of withdrawal, delivery and data protection when using the website www.lunete.com (hereinafter: the website).

The Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions upon completing an order on the website, by confirming that they have read and understood the terms and agree to them. The Returns and Complaints Policy and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, they must leave and not use the website www.lunete.com.

These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with:

  • The Electronic Commerce Act
  • The Obligations Act
  • Other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia

The seller reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on the website and will apply to purchases made after their publication. We recommend that customers familiarise themselves with the current General Terms and Conditions at the time of each purchase.

General information

Users are required to familiarise themselves with the General Terms and Conditions on the website. By accessing the website or using any part of its content, the user accepts these terms. In case of disagreement, the user must leave the website.

All website content, including texts, images and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property of Lunette, obrt za proizvodnju, vl. Matea Grubišić. Any modification, copying or distribution of content is permitted only with the written permission of the seller. The seller does not assume responsibility for any technical difficulties on the website and reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend operation of, or permanently restrict access to certain users if use is deemed inappropriate or contrary to these terms.

Customer

The Customer is any adult natural person with a residence in the Republic of Croatia or another country to which delivery is possible, who orders products via the website. Legal entities ordering through the website do not have the rights guaranteed exclusively to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.

Main product characteristics

The main characteristics and prices of products are displayed on the website alongside each product in its description. The seller reserves the right to change product information and prices without prior notice. Please note that product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in details (e.g. colour shade, size relative to a reference background) from the actual product.

Order process

Purchases on the website are made electronically. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

  1. Product selection:The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to the cart by clicking the "Add to cart" icon. A product added to the cart is neither reserved nor purchased.
  2. Cart review and continuation:The Customer can review the contents of the cart, change product quantities or remove products. They can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking "Proceed to checkout" or a similar option.
  3. Checkout: The Customer enters the required delivery details (first name, last name, address, contact), selects the delivery method and payment method.
  4. Accepting terms and placing order:Before completing the order, the Customer must confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions, the Returns and Complaints Policy, and the Privacy Policy, and that they are aware they are placing an order with an obligation to pay. Confirmation is made by checking the box "[ ] I have read and agree to the Terms of Use".
  5. Order finalisation:By clicking the "Place order" button or similar, the Customer finalises their order and assumes the payment obligation.

Contract conclusion: The sales contract between the Customer and the Seller is deemed concluded:

For advance payment (bank transfer, card payment): At the moment the Seller receives payment. Order confirmation: After the order is successfully placed, the website system will send an automatic order receipt confirmation and order number to the Customer's email address. This confirmation serves as proof that the order has been received.

Order cancellation by the Seller: The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or modify its contents in the event of unavailability of the ordered product or other justified reasons. In such a case, the Customer will be promptly notified by phone or email to arrange a substitute product, extended delivery time, or order cancellation and refund.

Prices and payment

Product prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applied to the stated prices. Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated. Shipping costs are clearly shown during the ordering process.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices valid on the date of the order are binding for the Customer.

Delivery

Products are delivered via a contracted delivery service. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the ordering process and is visible before the final order confirmation.

Delivery time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are stated on the Shipping page. The Seller will endeavour to deliver products as quickly as possible.

Returns and complaints

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return products) in accordance with the law. The procedure and conditions for returning products, including exceptions to the right of withdrawal (e.g. for hygiene products such as earrings when sealed packaging has been opened), and the complaints procedure are described in detail on the Returns and Complaints Policy page.
