Dear customers,

For deliveries within Croatia, we work with our logistics partner Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE). MBE uses its extensive network and partners with leading courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery of your packages, either to your chosen address or to a parcel locker.

Details of our delivery options:

Delivery options and prices within Croatia (via the MBE network):

During checkout, you will be able to choose whether you want delivery to your address or to the nearest available parcel locker. Prices and delivery times depend on the selected shipping speed:

Standard delivery:

  • Price: 6 EUR
  • Delivery time: Usually 5–6 business days from dispatch to delivery at the address or parcel locker.

Express delivery:

  • Price: 8 EUR
  • Delivery time: Usually 1–2 business days from dispatch to delivery at the address or parcel locker. For orders received on a business day by 6:00 PM, the shipment is dispatched the next business day.

Free standard delivery:

Free standard delivery (to address or parcel locker) is available on all orders over 70 EUR.

Order processing and dispatch:

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it. Orders received on a business day are usually processed and handed to MBE for dispatch within 24–48 hours. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your shipment has been handed over for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipment tracking:

You can track your shipment using the tracking number you will receive by email. You can check the shipment status on the MBE website here: https://www.mbe.hr/hr/tracking

Collecting your shipment:

If you chose home delivery:

The courier (MBE partner) will attempt to deliver the package to your address. If you are not home, the courier will leave a notice about the delivery attempt and next steps (e.g. re-delivery attempt, leaving the package at a nearby courier branch or pickup point). Please track your shipment using the tracking number.

If you chose parcel locker delivery:

Once your shipment arrives at the chosen parcel locker, you will receive an SMS or email with a collection code and information about the locker location. You can collect your package at any time of day or night (24/7), depending on the locker location. The package will be held in the locker for a limited time. After this period, the package is returned to sender. When collecting, you will enter the code you received on the locker screen.

Please inspect the package for visible damage at the time of collection, regardless of the delivery method chosen (address or parcel locker). In case of damage, please report it immediately to the person handing you the package (the courier) or contact us.

Packaging:

We carefully package every piece of jewellery to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.

International delivery:

We currently deliver within Croatia only.

Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, high volume of work for logistics partners, etc.).
  • The availability of parcel locker delivery depends on MBE network coverage and its partners in your area.
